Team Beverage Demonstration

For the Team Beverage Demonstration a team of two students will create a restaurant/bar concept and then incorporate a "new and exciting" non-alcoholic beverage menu to use at their restaurant/bar. The team will also create food pairings for each beverage on the menu, and create a marketing tool to help aid in the sales of the beverage.

 

Alcoholic Beverage Research

For the Alcoholic Beverage Research assignment, students will choose an alcoholic beverage to research. The paper will include a brief description of the beverage, the history of the alcohol (how it came into existence), and how it is used today. The paper must also contain 2-3 recipes the beverage can be used in.
